Limit your caselaw search in Fastcase to only SC cases. After logging into Fastcase, go to the advanced caselaw search page by hovering over the word “Search” on the menu in the upper left of the page, then select “search cases,” the first option on the drop-down menu. On the next page you will see the jurisdiction selection on the bottom left of the screen. At the bottom of this list, slightly separated, is the “individual jurisdiction” selection. Choosing it will display a drop-down menu of four blue links with plus signs next to them. Click each one of those to reveal the jurisdictions and select the appropriate SC courts. The jurisdictions you selected will be the default search the next time you log in. Please take advantage of the free webinars and video tutorials available at fastcase.com.
